Cover: GEO tools for agencies: seven tools compared on client work

GEO tools for agencies have to cover five pieces of client work: separate client projects, client logins, reports in your agency's branding, pitch audits for prospects, and recommendations that turn into tasks on the client side. As of October 2026, Peec AI and Alexandrya.AI cover most of that chain. Otterly.AI, Profound and Scrunch leave gaps, and SE Visible and Semrush are mainly measurement tools.

What the agency plans cost per client is worked out in our piece on AI monitoring for agencies: cost per client. How to build and sell GEO as a service is covered in the guide to GEO for agencies. This comparison is about features and workflow. It is based on what each vendor documents publicly, checked on 26 October 2026. The only tool we have used ourselves is Peec AI, for six months. Alexandrya.AI is our own product.

Six features a GEO tool needs for agency work

A GEO tool for agencies needs six features that a single-brand tool can do without: separate client projects, client logins with permissions, reports in agency branding, pitch projects for prospect audits, recommendations that land as tasks with the client, and limits that grow with the client count. Without them, the work moves into spreadsheets, slide decks or a second tool.

The six criteria in detail:

  1. Separate client projects with their own prompts, competitors, countries and models, in sufficient number.
  2. Client access with permissions. If you look after two retailers in the same category, neither should see the other's project.
  3. Reports in agency branding that go out automatically, instead of pasting screenshots into slides every month.
  4. Pitch projects that do not use up a paid client project and carry on once the prospect signs.
  5. Recommendations that go to your content team or the client as a task with an owner.
  6. Limits that still hold at 30 clients: project count, API or MCP, single sign-on.

Platform coverage and tracking frequency are left out because they matter equally to brands and agencies. Both are covered in the pricing piece.

Seven GEO tools for agencies in one criteria matrix

Of seven GEO tools for agencies checked on 26 October 2026, only Alexandrya.AI and Peec AI list fixed allowances for client projects and pitch projects on their pricing pages, with 3, 10 and 25 projects on the self-serve plans. Peec AI documents client permissions and API access in the most detail. Alexandrya.AI is the only one to list tasks with a status and white-label reports sent from inside the tool.

White label in the strict sense barely appears in the table. Otterly.AI and Scrunch move branding into Looker Studio, and Peec AI relies on a dashboard link and Data Studio. Per-project client permissions are spelled out only by Peec AI and Scrunch.

Seven GEO tools for agencies, one by one

Prices and allowances per client sit in the pricing piece. Here the focus is on features, strengths and limits.

Alexandrya.AI

Alexandrya.AI is an AI visibility tool from Munich that measures brand mentions in ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and other AI assistants and turns them into content and citation tasks. According to its pricing page, the agency plans Essential, Growth, Scale and Comprehensive include 3, 10, 25 and unlimited projects, plus 3, 5, 7 and 10 active pitch projects.

Its strength is the route from measurement to task. The action plan produces content briefs, outreach targets and quick wins, which run as tasks with the statuses Open, In Progress and Done. Reports go out in your agency's branding on a schedule, and every agency plan has unlimited users, explicitly including clients. Growth adds multi-country tracking and MCP, and the top tier brings SSO and all AI models. Agencies that place Alexandrya.AI with a client instead of running it themselves can ask about an affiliate model.

The limits: the website does not describe per-project permissions, the pricing page gives no duration for pitch projects, and the agency plans do not list an API. There is no SKU-level tracking, no alerting and no Slack connection. Alexandrya.AI suits agencies that sell GEO as hands-on execution and want to track tasks on the client side.

Peec AI

Peec AI documents the finest permission controls in this comparison on its agency pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026. Team and client users are unlimited, and roles apply company-wide or per project, including read-only. Pitch projects run for seven days and can be converted into a paid client project. API and MCP are included on every agency plan.

For reporting, there is a view-only dashboard link with selected charts, Data Studio templates per client from Scale, and automated reports through MCP or the Peec agent. The page does not mention white label, and SSO comes only with the custom tier. In the model list of the agency pricing table, Perplexity appears only under the custom tier, so confirm coverage before you buy.

One lesson from our six months with Peec AI: the measurement was reliable, but turning it into tasks happened outside the tool. Peec AI suits agencies that let clients into the tool and process the data further through the API.

Otterly.AI

Otterly.AI grants agency features through a partner programme. If you subscribe to Standard or Premium and apply for Agency Partner status, its pricing page lists 150 instead of 100 or 500 instead of 400 prompts, unlimited workspaces with a separate environment per client, one team login, pitch workspaces, Looker Studio reports in your branding and a single invoice. API and MCP come with 2,000 or 5,000 requests a month.

The limits are the partner status, which only applies after you apply, and platform coverage: Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude are paid add-ons. The page does not describe client logins or permissions. Otterly.AI suits agencies with many small clients that already build their reporting in Looker Studio.

Profound

Profound offers an Agency Mode that its documentation describes in detail. Pitch workspaces usually last 30 days, can be extended with a credit and can be promoted to a client workspace. Each client workspace has its own prompts, competitors and models, and roles are assigned at agency level. The pricing page lists 400 AI Marketer credits per client workspace a month for Agency Growth, but no price.

According to the pricing page, the API is available on Enterprise only. Profound does not document white label or client permissions. It suits agencies with large international clients, since the Enterprise plan tracks up to nine answer engines.

Scrunch

According to its agency page, Scrunch keeps all client brands in one workspace and gives clients guest access to their own brand only, through roles. New clients and prospects are set up with competitors, personas and topics already filled in. Partners get prospecting licences for pitch environments, up to 20% commission on referred clients and a free seat on the client account.

The limit is seats: Starter includes 3 user licences and Growth 5, and each extra seat costs $25 a month. Scrunch does not mention white label explicitly, and reports go through Looker Studio. It suits agencies that want clients to view data in the tool and also earn on referrals.

SE Visible by SE Ranking

According to its product page, SE Visible allows 5, 10 or 30 projects on its Basic, Core and Agency plans and unlimited users, but without permission controls. Access control and custom reports are marked as coming soon. SE Visible does not offer white label, and the Agency Pack only applies to the main SE Ranking platform. Its strength is the API, which returns projects, prompts, results, scores and cited domains. SE Visible suits agencies already on SE Ranking that pull GEO data into their own reports.

Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit

The Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit includes one project with 25 prompts across ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, according to the Semrush knowledge base. Each person needs their own licence. More websites come with the Semrush One bundles, which cover 5, 15 or 40 websites and 50 to 200 prompts. Reporting runs through PDF, CSV and My Reports, and the documentation names no agency features. The toolkit suits teams that live in Semrush and want GEO as an extra section in the SEO report.

How to run an AI visibility audit for a client pitch

An AI visibility audit for a client pitch shows a prospect within a week which competitors ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity recommend in their category and where their brand is missing. The self-serve agency plans of Alexandrya.AI and Peec AI include 3 to 7 pitch projects with 25 to 75 prompts for this, without using a client project. What matters is whether the project carries on after the prospect signs.

How we build a pitch audit:

  1. 20 to 25 buying prompts written from the point of view of the prospect's customers, in the language of the target market.
  2. Three to five competitors named by the prospect.
  3. After the first measurements, the three prompts with the biggest gap, each backed by the sentence from the AI answer.
  4. The sources cited instead of the prospect's brand. These become the first work package in your proposal.
  5. Once the prospect signs, convert the pitch project into a client project so the history is kept.

Step 5 is where the tools differ. Peec AI and Profound document the conversion, and pitch projects last seven days at Peec AI and usually 30 at Profound. Alexandrya.AI lists the number of pitch projects and their prompts, but neither duration nor conversion. Clarify both before your first pitch. Otterly.AI and Scrunch mention pitch environments without numbers.

How GEO recommendations reach execution on the client side

GEO recommendations reach execution on the client side when they arrive as a task with an owner, a status and evidence. Content teams and press offices work from briefs, and a trend line in a dashboard does not give them one. Alexandrya.AI turns its action plan into content briefs, outreach targets and quick wins that run as tasks with the statuses Open, In Progress and Done.

The other tools stop earlier or later in that chain. Peec AI provides recommended actions, grouped into earned and owned sources, plus agent actions. Otterly.AI gives recommendations and checks URLs with GEO audits, and Scrunch offers insights and page audits with concrete fixes. Profound suggests opportunities through its AI Marketer and runs recurring work through agents. Only Alexandrya.AI documents a status for each recommendation.

For the hand-over, splitting by owner has worked for us. Content briefs and outreach stay with the agency, while changes to product pages, press copy and data sheets go to the client as tasks. The monthly report then shows completed and open tasks next to the citation rate. How such a report is structured is covered in our piece on GEO reports that win clients.

What changes between 3 and 30 clients?

Between 3 and 30 clients, an agency's bottleneck moves from pitching to reporting to project limits. With three clients, pitch projects and fast setup matter most. With ten, automated reports and client logins take over. At 30, it is project limits, integrations and single sign-on. Alexandrya.AI and Peec AI stop at 25 projects on self-serve plans, and above that the custom tier begins.

ClientsWhat runs shortWhat to look for in the toolLimits per vendor, as of 26 October 2026

10 clientsreporting and client questionsautomated report delivery, read-only client access10 projects on Growth at Alexandrya.AI and Peec AI, 10 on SE Visible Core
30 clientsproject limit, logins, data volumeAPI or MCP for your own analysis, SSO, unlimited projects25 projects on Scale, custom tier above that; 30 projects on SE Visible Agency; unlimited workspaces at Otterly.AI; up to 40 websites with Semrush One

At 30 clients the limits are technical. Pulling data from 30 projects into one agency dashboard needs an interface. Alexandrya.AI offers agencies an MCP server from Growth, through which an AI assistant reads the project data. Which tools offer which interfaces is compared in our piece on AI visibility tools with API and MCP.

Three stages from 3 to 10 to 30 clients, each with its bottleneck and the feature a GEO tool needs at that point

What a GEO tool has to handle at 3, 10 and 30 clients. Our assessment, as of 26 October 2026.

Which GEO tool fits which agency?

The choice depends on which part of client work your team still does by hand.

  • You let clients into the tool and need documented read-only access per project plus an API on every plan: Peec AI.
  • You sell execution, want recommendations to reach the client as tasks with a status, and send reports in your own branding: Alexandrya.AI.
  • You look after many small clients with few prompts and build reports in Looker Studio: Otterly.AI as an Agency Partner.
  • Your clients are large groups with many markets and their own content teams: Profound.
  • Clients should view data through guest access, and you want to earn on referrals: Scrunch.
  • Your team works in SE Ranking or Semrush and shows GEO as an add-on to the SEO report: SE Visible or the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit.

What remains unclear for almost every vendor is how tightly client permissions work in practice. Create a client login during the trial and check what it can see before a client can open a competitor's project.

Frequently asked questions

Which GEO tools work best for agencies with multiple clients?

As of October 2026, Peec AI and Alexandrya.AI fit agencies with several clients best, because both list fixed client projects, pitch projects and unlimited users on dedicated agency plans. Otterly.AI offers unlimited workspaces to Agency Partners, and Profound offers client workspaces in its Agency Mode. SE Visible caps projects at 30 on its Agency plan, and the Semrush toolkit at one per licence.

Are there AI visibility tools with white-label reports?

Alexandrya.AI lists white-label reports in agency branding, sent automatically, on its agency plans. Otterly.AI and Scrunch move branding into Looker Studio, while Peec AI offers a shareable dashboard link and Data Studio templates from its Scale plan. SE Visible states on its product page that it does not support white label.

Can clients get their own login to a GEO tool?

Yes, with several vendors. Peec AI lists unlimited client users with roles per project, including read-only. Scrunch gives guest access per brand. Alexandrya.AI includes unlimited users on all agency plans, explicitly including clients. Before you buy, create a test login and check that a client only sees their own project.

What is a pitch project in a GEO tool?

A pitch project is a time-limited tracking project for a prospect that does not use up a paid client project. It lets you show, before a contract is signed, which competitors AI assistants recommend. Alexandrya.AI and Peec AI include 3 to 10 pitch projects, running seven days at Peec AI and usually 30 days at Profound.

Is an SEO suite like Semrush or SE Ranking enough for agency GEO work?

An SEO suite is enough for a first look inside the SEO report. The Semrush toolkit tracks one project with 25 prompts on ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, and SE Visible offers up to 30 projects without permission controls. Neither vendor page lists pitch projects, client logins with permissions or tasks for execution.
