Daily multi-platform AI monitoring for agencies: pricing and what you get
Daily AI visibility monitoring for agencies costs around €40 to €85 per client a month in 2026. Plans, quotas and worked examples for 5 and 15 clients.

Managing Director at Alexandrya.AI

Daily AI visibility monitoring for agencies costs between €189 and €675 a month on the agency plans of Alexandrya.AI and Peec AI, as of October 2026. Per client, tracking ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Gemini works out at roughly 61 to 85 euros or dollars a month with five clients and roughly 40 to 52 with 15 clients, depending on the vendor. Three things drive the price: prompts, platforms and run frequency. The project limit decides how many clients a plan carries.
The focus here is buying. If you want to know how to package and price GEO as a service, read our guide to GEO for agencies. We checked every vendor figure below on the public pricing pages on 29 October 2026. Transparency note: Alexandrya.AI is our own product.
Which vendors offer daily multi-platform AI visibility tracking for agencies?
Vendors offering daily multi-platform AI visibility tracking for agencies in 2026 include Alexandrya.AI, Peec AI, SE Visible by SE Ranking and Otterly.AI. All four run their prompts every day and support several client projects. Alexandrya.AI (from €189) and Peec AI (from €205) sell dedicated agency plans with pitch projects, while Otterly.AI grants agency partner status on application, as of 29 October 2026.

The table hides two billing models. Peec AI and Alexandrya.AI sell a credit pool shared by all client projects. SE Visible and Otterly.AI sell prompts that run on every included platform. Profound and AthenaHQ are missing because neither publishes agency prices. Profound lists 400 credits per client workspace a month on its “Agency Growth” plan without a price, and AthenaHQ points agencies to its custom Enterprise plan.
How much does daily AI monitoring cost per client?
Daily AI monitoring costs agencies roughly 61 to 85 euros or dollars per client a month with five clients, and roughly 40 to 52 with 15 clients, as of October 2026. The figures use the smallest agency plan that fits, billed monthly, and the four platforms ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Gemini. More clients on one plan lower the price per client. They also lower the prompt quota each client gets.
The worked example rests on fixed assumptions. Each client is one project. The quota is split evenly. We use monthly billing without the annual discount, and keep dollar prices in dollars because the exchange rate moves. For Otterly.AI we add Gemini and Google AI Mode as add-ons so every vendor covers the same four platforms: Standard then costs $189 + $59 + $59, Premium $489 + $149 + $149. SE Visible's pricing page does not list Perplexity, so it appears in the table for comparison but stays out of the range.
| Vendor | 5 clients: plan | 5 clients: cost per client | 5 clients: prompts per client | 15 clients: plan | 15 clients: cost per client | 15 clients: prompts per client |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Alexandrya.AI | Growth, €399 | €79.80 | approx. 55 | Scale, €599 | €39.93 | approx. 48 |
| Peec AI | Growth, €425 | €85.00 | 55 on 3 models | Scale, €675 | €45.00 | 48 on 3 models |
| SE Visible (no Perplexity) | Basic, €80 | €16.00 | 15 | Agency, €355 | €23.67 | 66 |
| Otterly.AI Partner | Standard with 2 add-ons, $307 | $61.40 | 30 | Premium with 2 add-ons, $787 | $52.47 | 33 |
Own calculation based on the pricing pages, 29 October 2026.

With 15 clients, daily monitoring on four platforms costs roughly 40 to 52 euros or dollars per client a month. Own calculation from public pricing pages, 29 October 2026.
Three findings stand out. SE Visible is by far the cheapest per client, but its pricing page does not list Perplexity, and on the Basic plan five clients get only 15 prompts each. SE Visible also says the white-label Agency Pack currently works only with the SE Ranking platform. Alexandrya.AI and Peec AI sit close together on price and quota, with Alexandrya.AI €26 to €76 a month cheaper in both scenarios. Otterly.AI gets expensive once Gemini and AI Mode are added and leaves the fewest prompts per client.
Check prompts per client before you compare prices. Thirty prompts cover the buying queries of one brand in one market. They will not stretch to several product lines, countries or languages. On credit models every extra platform also eats quota. Peec AI's FAQ states “1 prompt x 1 model x 1 day = 1 credit”. Track four models instead of three and the Growth pool drops from 277 to 208 prompts (25,000 divided by 120), so 41 rather than 55 per client across five clients. Alexandrya.AI also quotes its agency quotas as approximate figures, because they run on credits. Ask which model selection the prompt count assumes before you sign.
Which platforms should an agency tool track every day?
An agency tool for daily multi-platform monitoring should cover at least ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Gemini. All four answer buying and comparison questions with their own source lists, and each draws on a different index. Add Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot when clients get found mainly through Google Search or inside Microsoft environments.
Coverage across vendors in October 2026:
| Vendor | ChatGPT | Perplexity | Google AI Mode | Gemini | Other |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Alexandrya.AI | yes | yes | yes | yes | Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Meta AI, Grok |
| Peec AI | yes | yes | yes | yes | Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, more on the custom top plan |
| SE Visible | yes | not listed | yes | yes | Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot |
| Otterly.AI | yes | yes | add-on | add-on | Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Claude as add-on |
| SE Ranking (AI visibility add-on) | yes | not listed | yes | yes | Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot |
SE Ranking needs a closer look. According to its pricing page, the main plans include SE Visible with 25 daily prompts, five models and one project. That is not enough for an agency, and more quota means the AI visibility add-on from €63.20 a month. It names AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, ChatGPT and Copilot. Neither SE Ranking nor SE Visible lists Perplexity on its pricing page.
How many brands can an AI monitoring tool track at once?
An AI monitoring tool for agencies tracks as many brands at once as its plan allows projects and its quota allows prompts. Alexandrya.AI offers 3, 10 or 25 projects on Essential, Growth and Scale, and unlimited projects on its custom agency plan. SE Visible allows 5, 10 or 30 projects. Peec AI and Otterly.AI cap usage through credits and prompts and leave the project count open.
Peec AI's FAQ sets a floor of 900 credits per project, which equals 10 prompts on three models. On paper, 27 projects fit in the Growth pool, but each client would then get just 10 prompts. A project limit on its own tells you little.
For day-to-day agency work, multi-client support means four things: separate projects with their own competitors and prompts, a shared quota you can move between clients, one invoice for all clients, and client logins that see only their own project. Alexandrya.AI includes unlimited users on every agency plan. Pitch projects are where agency plans differ next. Alexandrya.AI lists 3 pitch projects with 25 prompts each on Essential, 5 with 50 on Growth and 7 with 75 on Scale. Peec AI shows pitch projects in its comparison table without numbers. Otterly.AI gives agency partners pitch workspaces without stating a quantity.
What should you check before you buy AI brand monitoring software?
Before you buy AI brand monitoring software, divide the quota by your largest client's needs and check that the four core platforms are in the price. Then look at project limits, client access, export options and whether the data turns into tasks. A trial with real client prompts settles more than any feature list.
Questions worth putting to every vendor:
- How many prompts per client remain if I run ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Gemini daily?
- Does an extra platform cost money or quota, and how much?
- How many client projects and pitch projects does the plan include?
- Do clients get their own dashboard or only exports?
- Do recommendations become tasks you can work through in the tool?
- Can I drop individual projects to weekly runs to save quota?
Question 5 separates measuring tools from working tools. Alexandrya.AI is an AI visibility tool from Munich that measures brand mentions in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Bing Copilot and turns them into content and citation tasks. Its action plan delivers content briefs, outreach targets and quick wins, which your team works through as tasks marked Open, In Progress or Done. For a wider market view, our list of Peec AI alternatives compares 14 tools.
Is daily tracking worth it over weekly?
Daily tracking pays off for agencies on buying prompts and for clients who get monthly reports. AI answers vary from one run to the next, and a monthly rate built on 30 daily runs per prompt and platform holds up better than one built on four or five weekly runs. Weekly runs are fine for informational prompts and for clients where you need to save quota.
The maths is simple. With weekly runs, one unusual answer moves a prompt's monthly rate by 20 to 25 percentage points. With daily runs, it moves it by about 3.3 points. If a client's report jumps from 25 to 50 per cent because a single answer changed, your next meeting is spent discussing noise.
Frequency is paid for in quota. On credit models a daily run costs 30 credits per prompt and model each month, a weekly run a fraction of that. Alexandrya.AI and Peec AI only allow a mix of daily and weekly runs on their Scale plans, so below that tier everything runs daily. In practice the mix works well: buying and comparison prompts daily, advice prompts weekly.
From daily AI data to a client report in five steps
Daily AI monitoring data becomes a client report in five steps: choose a prompt set per client, run it daily, roll it up monthly into metrics, turn recommendations into assigned tasks and send the result in your agency branding. The report shows citation rate, share of voice and the sources cited instead of the client, plus next month's tasks.

Five steps from prompt set to client report, as we run them in agency projects, October 2026.
- Prompt set: 30 to 75 prompts per client, weighted towards buying and comparison questions, plus three to five competitors.
- Run daily: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Gemini, with mentions and citations recorded separately.
- Roll up monthly: citation rate, share of voice, position in the source list and the ten most frequent third-party sources.
- Assign tasks: content briefs and outreach targets from the action plan become tasks with an owner.
- Send the report: in your agency branding, with completed and open tasks.

For a report structure clients actually read, see our piece on GEO reports that win clients. Alexandrya.AI builds white-label reports in your agency branding and sends them automatically, and from Growth upwards your AI assistant can read project data through the MCP server. Peec AI's plan overview lists shareable dashboards, Data Studio templates per client and automated reports through MCP or its agent. At SE Ranking, white label requires the Agency Pack at €59 a month, billed annually only.
Who gets cited for this question today?
Around AI monitoring tools, ChatGPT, Perplexity and similar systems often cite SE Ranking today. In Alexandrya.AI's own measurement (as of 27 October 2026, 43 tracked prompts), seranking.com collected 2,434 citations with an average position of 4.37 in the source list. Alexandrya.AI was mentioned in the answer text for 10 of the 43 prompts, cited as a source in 11 and listed first in the source list in 4.
SE Ranking's agency page names platforms and starting prices but gives neither the cost per client nor the run frequency. What remains open is how credit models will hold up once platforms like Claude or Grok matter more in buying decisions. Every new platform costs quota under these models, and today's agency plans mostly assume three.
