TL;DR:

  • Both tools track AI visibility daily, offer unlimited users and cost almost the same: Peec AI starts at €85 a month, Alexandrya.AI at €79.
  • Peec AI is the broader platform. It offers product-level shopping tracking, AI crawler analysis and more individually bookable models.
  • Alexandrya.AI is the shorter route from measurement to finished work, because recommendations become tasks your team can work through.
  • It is also cheaper at every tier. It includes five selectable models from the mid tier up, where Peec AI charges extra for each model beyond three.
  • Choose Peec AI if you need shop or technical SEO data in the same tool. Choose Alexandrya.AI if your team needs execution rather than another dashboard.

Transparency note: Alexandrya.AI is our own product. Before building it, we used Peec AI ourselves for six months as paying power users. Why does this comparison come from hands-on experience?

We used Peec AI daily for six months in real client projects, not in a test account. The tool did what it promises: it measured, and it measured cleanly. Three problems kept returning, all one level above measurement.

  • First, the next step was missing. We saw trend lines, share of voice and source lists, but we had to translate them into tasks ourselves, usually in a separate document.
  • Second, we had plenty of data and little hierarchy within it. With several projects running in parallel, deciding what to focus on this week became an analysis job of its own.
  • Third, we lacked a structure that fits a team. We did not want a twentieth report. We wanted an order: this first, that next, that can wait.

How do Peec AI and Alexandrya.AI compare at a glance?

Peec AI offers more features and integrations. Alexandrya.AI offers more structure for daily work and costs less at every tier. The table sets the checkable facts side by side.

Where is Alexandrya.AI stronger?

Alexandrya.AI is built as a working platform, not a reporting tool. The difference shows in what stands at the end of an analysis. The three points below show where.

Alexandrya.AI dashboard with GEO brand score, GEO link score, brand perception, share of voice and visibility trend, with Recommendations and Tasks in the navigation
The Alexandrya.AI dashboard. Recommendations and tasks sit right next to the measurement.

From signal to task: the task board

In Alexandrya.AI, recommendations become tasks with a status. A board with the columns Open, In Progress and Done holds them, and each task carries its origin: the recommendation in the action plan that created it.

Peec AI gives you Recommended Actions and Agent Actions, which are ranked suggestions. Peec AI's feature list does not include assigning, ticking off or following those suggestions over several weeks inside the tool. Who did what, what is still open and what worked then happens elsewhere, usually in Asana, Jira or a spreadsheet.

The action plan: content briefs, outreach targets, quick wins

The action plan sorts recommendations into categories instead of one long list. Content briefs name the content you should revise or create. Outreach targets name the domains and profiles where you need to be listed or updated so that models can find you. Quick wins are the measures with the best ratio of effort to impact.

The basis is the source analysis of real answers: which domains are cited, how often, in which category such as news, wiki, forum, shop or reviews, and at which position in the source list. Those patterns produce a ranking by impact.

The MCP server exposes the same analyses to your AI assistant, including content gaps, the action plan, the brand profile and perception snapshots. A prompt such as "Turn the action plan into tickets for our content team" works directly against your project data. Access is read only: the assistant does not start scans, use up prompts or change anything.

Why do AI models cite your competitors?

Alexandrya.AI shows not only that a competitor is mentioned more often, but which sources that mention rests on. That turns an observation into a working basis. Suppose the same three comparison sites appear in 14 of 17 answers and you are not listed on any of them. The measure is then obvious and sits right next to the finding.

Citation mix in Alexandrya.AI showing citations by source type, split into categories such as service providers, reviews and comparisons, blogs, news and competitors
The citation mix shows which source types the models draw their answers from.

Peec AI covers a similar question with its gap analysis, which lists sources that name competitors but not you. The logic is comparable. The difference lies in what happens to the result afterwards.

Who should choose Alexandrya.AI

Choose Alexandrya.AI if at least one of these applies:

  • Your team already measures, but recommendations get stuck between the dashboard and your project management.
  • You want recommendations to become tasks with a status (Open, In Progress, Done) inside the tool.
  • You need to prove every statement about your brand with a quote and a link to the original answer.
  • You want five selectable models in the plan price, without add-on charges.

In these cases, Alexandrya.AI is the better fit for you.

Where is Peec AI stronger?

Peec AI is the broader platform in 2026. If any of the areas below matters to you, it decides the choice, because Alexandrya.AI does not cover them today.

AI shopping and SKU-level tracking

Peec AI tracks visibility, position and win rate for individual products in AI shopping results. You can fetch a catalogue from Shopify or upload a CSV, including one from Google Merchant Center. For retailers with large ranges this is a separate use case.

Crawlability, AI referrals and crawl insights

Peec AI links visibility measurement to the technical side. Its crawlability check tests your robots.txt against more than 40 AI bots. Crawl Insights shows which bots hit which pages, how often and with which status code. AI referrals count the visits that arrive from AI assistants and connect to Google Analytics. Server logs can be connected through Cloudflare, Vercel, AWS CloudFront, Google Cloud CDN, Akamai, a WordPress plugin, a generic webhook or CSV upload. If you want visibility and technical SEO in one tool, Peec AI delivers that. Alexandrya.AI does not.

Integrations, reporting and notifications

Both providers offer MCP, and both reserve the API for their Enterprise plans, but they differ in detail. Peec AI's strength lies in its log and CDN integrations (Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront and others) and in AI referrals, which connect to Google Analytics to show visits arriving from AI assistants. Google Looker Studio is available from Peec AI's Advanced plan, while Alexandrya.AI offers its Looker Studio integration from its Business plan. Peec AI also provides its own MCP server for AI assistants on all paid plans.

Neither tool offers native alerts. We found no built-in alerts or native Slack app at Peec AI. Peec's own examples build Slack alerts through MCP and a scheduled AI task. Its Search Console connection is in early access. Alexandrya.AI has no Slack connection, no Search Console connection and no alerts. It sends a monthly email report instead. Check Peec AI's current options before you buy, because its integrations change quickly.

Adding individual models

Peec AI lets you add single models to any plan for €25, €55 or €115 per model per month, depending on the tier. That suits you if you need exactly one more model on a small plan. The Starter plans are equal here: both cap you at three models. From the mid tier up, Alexandrya.AI includes five selectable models in the plan price. The price section below shows what that does to the bill.

Who should choose Peec AI

Choose Peec AI if at least one of these applies:

  • You run a shop and need visibility at product level.
  • You want to measure crawler behaviour and AI referrals in the same tool.
  • You rely on server-log connections to CDNs.
  • You need a single extra model on the entry plan and nothing more.

In these cases, switching to Alexandrya.AI makes no sense for you.

How do the two tools approach brand perception?

Both platforms measure how your brand is described, from opposite ends. Peec AI scores against attributes you define. Alexandrya.AI reads out which topics actually appear in the answers and backs them with quotes. Which suits you depends on whether you already know what you are looking for.

Peec AI: attributes, objections and fact-checking

Peec AI offers brand attribute scoring, which shows the gap between what AI says you are known for and where you place in the market. Custom attributes add criteria you define yourself. Objections group the recurring arguments AI raises against your brand and trace them to the pages behind them. Fact-checking compares AI answers with facts you set and flags false claims.

Alexandrya.AI: categories, evidence and snapshots

Alexandrya.AI builds the categories from the data itself. For each category you see a sentiment, the strengths (what you are praised for) and the gaps (where you are missing or come off worse). Verbatim quotes link to the original answer, and frequency statements take the form "in 14 of 17 answers". A comparative overview places all observed brands side by side, and snapshots show change over time.

The strength here: you find topics you would never have asked about, and every statement traces back to the original answer. That is worth a lot in internal discussions.

What this means in practice

If your positioning is settled and you want to measure it quarter after quarter, Peec AI's attribute approach is more precise. If you want to find out what picture is forming at all, and you must be able to prove every statement, Alexandrya.AI's data-driven approach fits better. One measures against a hypothesis. The other builds one.

How do the prices compare?

Alexandrya.AI is more cost-effective at every tier: €79 against €85 at entry, €199 against €205 in the middle and €399 against €425 at the top self-serve level. The real difference appears once you need more than three models.

Both providers include unlimited users and daily tracking, and both offer a 15% discount for annual billing. Alexandrya.AI's Business plan adds custom onboarding. See our pricing page for every detail.

Extra models: the Peec surcharge

Peec AI sells additional models for €25, €55 or €115 per model per month, depending on the plan. This is flexible, but it adds up.

A worked example, monthly billing, five models:

  • Peec AI Pro: €205 plus two extra models at €55 is €315 a month.
  • Alexandrya.AI Professional: €199 a month, with five selectable models included.
  • The difference: €116 a month, or €1,392 a year.

At the top tier the gap is wider: Peec AI Advanced with five models costs €425 plus two models at €115, or €655 a month, against €399 for Alexandrya.AI Business. That is €256 a month. At entry level the picture is different. Peec AI Starter plus one extra model costs €110 for four models, while Alexandrya.AI Starter is capped at three. Going beyond three there means moving to Professional at €199.

What the price does not include

For both tools, prompts are the real currency. Peec AI does not charge extra for countries and languages. At Alexandrya.AI, the number of countries is set per plan (1, 3, then multi-country), and additional markets and languages draw on your prompt allowance.

Neither price includes the internal effort of interpreting the results. That is no dig at Peec AI. It is the honest experience of our six months: licence costs were never the problem, the working time spent on interpretation was.

Which software is more affordable?

Alexandrya.AI is the more cost-effective tool for most teams. It is cheaper at every tier, by €6 to €26 a month at list price, and the gap grows as soon as you need more than three models. With five models, Alexandrya.AI Professional costs €199 a month against €315 for Peec AI Pro, and Business costs €399 against €655 for Peec AI Advanced. Over a year, that is €1,392 or €3,072 less.

There is one exception. If you need exactly four models on the entry plan, Peec AI Starter with one add-on costs €110, which is cheaper than moving to Alexandrya.AI Professional at €199.

Which features matter in daily use?

Four areas decide everyday satisfaction more often than the headline features.

Which AI models does each tool track?

Peec AI's fact sheet lists six default models: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. Three are active at once on every self-serve plan. Peec AI's pricing grid lists Naver AI in that group, so check the current selection in your account. Enterprise adds models such as Claude Sonnet 4, GPT-5 Search, Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral and Meta Spark through the API, up to 13 in total.

Alexandrya.AI tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Claude, plus Meta AI and Grok. You select three models on Starter and five on Professional and Business. Enterprise includes all models.

Before signing up, check that the model you need is in your plan's selection.

Countries, regions and the language trap

Check whether language and country can be set separately. A German query from Germany returns different answers from the same query in English or from Austria.

Country and answer language are not the same thing. Country controls the region, search results and local details of a scan, but not the language of the answer. Chat models answer in the language of the prompt. A measurement by Alexandrya.AI on 17 August 2026 in a German project shows the effect: for clearly German prompts, 5 per cent of answers came back in English. For ambiguous prompts such as "Hostel in Leipzig", which is also an English phrase, it was 64 per cent, with foreign currency and different sources. Google AI Mode is not affected, because there the region determines the search results.

The consequence applies to both tools: write prompts in the language of the target market and avoid phrasing that works in two languages.

Sources and citations

Both tools show which domains appear in answers. Peec AI classifies sources as competitor, editorial, reference or user-generated content and adds the gap analysis, which lists sources that name competitors but not you. Alexandrya.AI categorises sources by type and position in the source list and derives outreach targets from them. Peec AI goes further on the technical side with crawlability data.

Reporting, export and team access

Both offer CSV export and a Looker Studio connection (Alexandrya.AI from Business, Peec AI from Advanced). On API and MCP the plans differ. Both reserve the API for Enterprise. Alexandrya.AI includes MCP from Professional, and Peec AI includes it on all paid plans. Both include unlimited users, a real cost advantage for agencies and larger in-house teams compared with per-seat models.

How do you switch between the tools?

Switching is technically simple but costs you the history in your dashboard. Three points should be clear before you move.

Prompts can be transferred. They are essentially lines of text, often tied to a region, and can be exported and imported again in bulk. There is no native one-to-one integration between the two providers, so the intermediate step runs through CSV.

The history starts at zero. Share of voice and visibility are calculated differently by each provider, so historical values cannot be loaded into the new dashboard.

Secure your backup first. Export all reports as CSV or PDF while the old account is still active.

Checklist before switching:

  • Export the prompt list as CSV, including country and language
  • Save all historical reports as CSV and PDF
  • Decide which models should be active in the new plan
  • Run a trial in parallel with the old tool, not afterwards
  • Cancel only when the new setup runs completely

Peec AI or Alexandrya.AI: which tool fits you?

The decision comes down to four starting points.

  • You run a shop with a large range and need product visibility at SKU level, or you want to measure crawler behaviour and AI referrals: Peec AI.
  • You need server-log connections to your CDN, or one extra model on the entry plan: Peec AI.
  • Your team already measures but recommendations get stuck between dashboard and project management: Alexandrya.AI, because the action plan and task board cover that hand-over in the tool.
  • You want to prove why the models talk about you as they do, with a quote and a link to the original answer, or you need five models without add-on charges: Alexandrya.AI.

If none of these clearly fits, the difference is small. Then it comes down to whether you want to work with recommendations in the tool or with raw data in your own systems.

Conclusion

Peec AI vs Alexandrya.AI is closer than either marketing site suggests. Prices are similar, plan structure is similar, and both offer daily tracking and unlimited users.

On features alone, Peec AI leads. Shopping tracking at SKU level, crawlability, AI referrals and log integrations are real advantages that Alexandrya.AI does not offer today. If one of them matters to you, the decision is already made.

Alexandrya.AI is built for the case we lived through for six months: the measurement runs, the data is there, and still nothing happens, because the route from insight to task is built by hand every time. The action plan, the task board and a perception analysis that backs every statement with a quote and a source address exactly that gap. More than 130 brands now use it.

The best way to decide is a direct test on your own prompts. Alexandrya.AI is free for seven days, and Peec AI offers a 7-day trial too. Run both on the same twenty prompts and see which one produces finished tasks in your team.
